SSW

Sum-of-Squares Within Clusters (SSW).

Mean of sum of squared distances from data points to their assigned cluster centroids. The bigger the better.

Attributes

  • bigger_is_better

    Indicates if a high value is better than a low one or not.

get

Return the current value of the metric.

revert

Revert the metric.

Parameters

  • x (Dict[Hashable, numbers.Number])
  • y_pred (numbers.Number)
  • centers
  • sample_weight – defaults to 1.0
update

Update the metric.

Parameters

  • x (Dict[Hashable, numbers.Number])
  • y_pred (numbers.Number)
  • centers
  • sample_weight – defaults to 1.0
works_with

Indicates whether or not a metric can work with a given model.

Parameters

  • model (river.base.estimator.Estimator)
